Meet the Founder
Rhian Mitchell, MSc., UKBA(cert), BCBA
Founder & Director
Rhian has worked within the neurodiverse community for over 16 years. She was first introduced to Applied Behaviour Analysis when she was just 19 years old and hasn’t looked back since. Her Knowledge and practice has developed in various roles across multiple settings. She has an immeasurable amount of experience within education working with young people between the ages of 3 and 18. Her most recent experience saw her develop and establish a behaviour support pathway within an NHS Child and Mental Health Team (CAMHS), working with young people with neurodiversity, emotional and behavioural needs and mental health concerns.
