Training

We can tailor make bespoke packages specific to your needs, whether that’s organisation wide, 1:1 group, in-person or remote.

We can provide intensive in person practical training for individuals, teams or organisations working in the field. This will assist you to become competent in the specific skills required to be a knowledgeable practitioner, including adapting and adjusting your skill set reflective of the environment you work in.

All training is delivered by a BCBA / UKSBA(cert) with experience in the relevant area of expertise and is either written, or adapted to be specific to you as the consumer.

Whether the training is delivered in-person or remotely, it will be interactive and personable.

The training will be constructed to be suitable for the specific audience to ensure it is accessible for whomever it needs to be. Within the sessions measurements of understanding and competency will be built in to inform the trainer if adaptations need to be made. This is to ensure all trainees take something new away from the session.

We have a vast amount of experience in developing specialised training and ongoing competency assessment to ensure gold standard performance.
